HIIM (Hidden Identity In Men) is designed to be a safe space. When you submit a story, we do not require you to create an account. We do not ask for your real name, email address, or any identifying information unless you choose to provide it in "Get Involved" forms.

2. What We Collect During Submission

• The content of your story (text, audio, or video)
• Optional demographic data (Age range, Country) if provided
• We do not actively log or store your IP address associated with your submission.

3. How Your Data is Used

Submitted stories are reviewed by our administration team. Selected stories may be published on the HIIM website or our associated social media platforms to help others. During the review process, any accidentally included identifying details (such as names or specific locations) are heavily moderated and removed prior to publication.

4. Voice and Video Security

If you upload a voice recording or a video, the raw files are stored securely and are only accessible by the HIIM administrative team. If a voice or video story is selected for the platform, only the approved version (potentially further anonymized) will be shared publicly.

5. Contact Forms

Information submitted via the "Get Involved", Partnership, or Guest request forms (which include email addresses and names) is used solely for the purpose of communicating with you regarding your inquiry. This data is stored separately from anonymous story submissions and is never shared with third parties.
